We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping

If your order was fulfilled by a supplier partner, return instructions may depend on the supplier’s return process, product condition requirements, and warehouse location.
Even when a product is fulfilled by a supplier partner, customers should contact Lucky Posters first. We will help coordinate the return, refund, replacement, or support request.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
